Release and Limitation of Liability for People participating in Yoga Sessions
In registering for and participating in Kayanama Online Session, I hereby express my understanding, acknowledgement and agreement as follows:
I will be involved in physical activity and, as with any physical activity, there is a risk of injury;
While Kayanama Yoga practitioners, facilitators and instructors have advised that they make every reasonable effort to minimize exposure to known risks, I have been advised that none of the Kayanama Yoga practitioners and other staff are licensed medical care providers and they have no expertise in determining the effect of any specific program or course on a medical condition;
Kayanama recommends that, before participating in any of their online Session, I consult with my physician to ensure that my physical condition permits safe participation in the online Yoga Session.
By participating in the Kayanama online Yoga Course, I am certifying that my level of physical condition as determined by myself and/or my physician will allow me to safely participate in this program;
I am participating voluntarily and do so at my own risk;
I hereby fully release the Kayanama and its officers, directors, agents, staff, employees, facilitators, instructors, volunteers and sponsoring agencies from all claims or lawsuits for any injuries, death, property damage or theft, losses, or any other liability of any kind, arising directly or indirectly out of my participation in the online Yoga session.
I understand and agree that, although Kayanama endeavours to impart the importance of integrity and ethics in Yoga practitioners and trainers, in all courses they offer, Kayanama is not responsible for the actions of those who have taken training in this course;
I understand that I cannot use these words – ‘Kayanama’, in connection with the title or publicity of yoga courses or classes that I may offer, unless I have written permission from Kayanama.
I understand that the content of Kayanama online Yoga sessions and manuals are copyrighted by Kayanama and as such are legally the intellectual and physical property of the originator. I agree that I cannot reproduce any of their content in written or verbal form except with the prior written consent of Kayanama.
I acknowledge and agree that this Release Form, Limitation of Liability and Consent to use Personal Information is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State and the Central Government of India applicable therein, without regard to the principles of conflict of law.
I irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Courts of the Judicial District of the State in which the programme I am pursuing is conducted, for all disputes arising out of or related to the Kayanama online yoga session.
I recognize that this Release Form, Limitation of Liability and Consent to use Personal Information is a legal contract and that, by reading it carefully, I have complete knowledge of its contents.

Refund Policy
We provide a trail session to understand the flow of our online Yoga sessions. Candidates are requested to participate in trail sessions before purchasing the membership plans. Hence, in case of any cancellations, no refund shall be provided.

We are not responsible for interruptions in or cancellation of any of the online programmes due to events beyond our reasonable control, like an act of war, hostility, or sabotage; natural disaster; electrical, internet, or telecommunication outage; or government restrictions.
In the unlikely event of a programme not being conducted or in the case of paid registrant being unable to join the programme for which they were registered, the payment may be transferred towards another programme.
Misconduct Policy
We, at Kayanama, are committed to create and maintain an environment that is safe for learning and free of any type of harassment. It is our policy that no employee, volunteer, student, or guest should be harassed on the basis of race, religious creed, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, or caste. Such conduct is unacceptable, as is retaliation against anyone because they have made a complaint regarding such conduct or because they have cooperated with an investigation into allegations of harassment. We take complaints of harassment seriously and maintain a zero-tolerance policy for violators. Violation of this policy will involve appropriate action.
Sexual Harrassment
Sexual harassment is a form of sexual discrimination and is defined as any unwelcome sexual advances or requests for sexual favors or any conduct of a sexual nature. While sexual harassment encompasses a wide range of conduct, some examples of specifically prohibited conduct during online classes include:
Sexual epithets, jokes, written or oral references to sexual conduct, gossip regarding one’s sex life, comments on an individual’s body, or comments about an individual’s sexual activity, deficiencies, or prowess;
Sexual or discriminatory displays or publications such as sexually suggestive objects, pictures, or cartoons;
Unwelcome leering, whistling, brushing against the body, sexual gestures, and suggestive or insulting comments;
Unwelcome inquiries into one’s sexual experiences; and
Unwelcome discussion of one’s sexual activities.
Violation of this policy will result in at least as a written reprimand but may also lead to termination of employment, or in the case of volunteers or guests, being asked to leave. Any employee, volunteer, student, or guest who believes he or she has been subjected to sexual harassment, may file a complaint with the director or a senior staff / teacher or may report at contact@kayanama.com.
