To begin, you can go to our Bookings Page and select the course that suits you.
If you are not sure, which course is more appropriate, you can start with the KayaNama: Trial Session.
Generally, online Yoga works for almost everyone, but we also acknowledge that every person has their own way of learning and understanding.
In order to get the feel of our online Yoga Class, you can join our free trail classes, and then enrol for one of our courses.
It is important that you get an uninterrupted flow of Yoga during the sessions and you should have the following items (things) ready at your end.
Essentials
1. Internet with Good Speed (Ideally should be able to stream videos without any buffer)
2. Smartphone or Tablet or Laptop (For connecting Online Sessions)
3. An online account preferrable over Gmail / Google. (As we conduct most of our sessions over Google Meet)
Optional
1. Speakers for enhancing sound of the Yoga Instructor.
We suggest that you should select any one spot in your home or wherever you practice Yoga. The selected place should be free from any noise or external disturbances, should have ample light and adequate ventilation.
We recommend that you choose one particular spot and make it your Yoga spot. Changing spots daily is not encouraged and should be avoided.
You should ideally have a mat on which you can practice Yoga. You should keep a towel close with you and a bottle of water, if required.
Check out the things you should consider before getting the right yoga mat for yourself.
We recommend that Yoga should be performed in clothes which are comfortable like leggings, shorts, vests, etc.
Avoid wearing baggy, heavy clothes or such clothes which hinder your yoga practice.
Generally, KayaNama: Yoga instructors keep the sessions interactive and you get adequate time after the sessions to interact with the Yoga instructor.
If you wish to seek any specific advice personally, you may contact the Yoga Instructor directly after the yoga session over call, chat or mail at contact@kayanama.com
The contact details of the Yoga instructor shall be shared with you once you join the Yoga Course.
If you are suffering from any medical condition or taking medication then please consult your doctor prior to undertaking any new Yoga session.
Always inform your instructor before any class/session.
